Yesterdays Smoke was a success. Two 7 pound boneless pork butts went 10 1/2 hours. I will be bringing this to a family party today but of course I had some last night. It was perfect! here some View for you. Thanks for everyones help yesterday. I love SMF!

My pretty sitting amongst the historical corner I live on.

Wrapping at 165 degrees. Looking Great!

Waiting for the second one to wrap. Only minutes away from eachother. Perfect!

Pulled after an hour of resting. Hard to not eat it all right now:)

    Nice close up:)

The corner I live on is considered historical because that church and the grange hall (right next to it) and the one room school house not pictured are one of the oldest in New England. You probably have seen the church before, it has appeared on calanders, post cards, encyclopedias and even puzzles! Our house used to be the same colors of the church but we had to change that up as people thought it was a parsonage related to the church...too funny:) I love my little corner of the world. New Hampshire is magnificent!

Eaglewing...I was able to maintain 225 with an occasional spike of 300 or as low as 200. The highs and lows were controlled in minutes though.

Thanks Richtee! I believe I got it down just fine. Can't wait to do another smoke. I do have to modify the wheels on the CGP so we can roll her down to the house. Working up by the garage was no fun.

Nice job! You're telling the truth - it's so hard to NOT eat just a little when doing prep the day before. I've still got one more butt to pull this morning, but the one I pulled last night - we HAD to have a sammich... just one...

Do you pull with your hands, forks or ?
