Hello all. Thought I'd introduce myself here. I use to smoke fish a lot some 20-25 years ago but gave it up until this past month when I got a Big Chief for my birthday from the family. I already did my first smoke attempt with the new smoker a couple weeks ago with great success. This weekend I'm doing yet another batch because I've already given away all of the last batch.
My wife is the fisherwoman of the family, who has been going out with her fishing buddies on the weekends under the Golden Gate bridge for some wonderful Salmon. On her last outing a couple weeks ago, she brought some of the smoked salmon to treat the party boat and was overwhelmed with so many great reviews. I must be doing something right - LOL
When I'm not thinking about smoking fish, I work on and drive my two vintage Mustangs and my ole chebbie truck.
