...once I've brought it into the house to rest...

...unless I put it up high enough my gf can't reach it...

I was trying to duplicate a "pull test" from a Franklin video, but it just kept pulling apart LOL! Alas, the flat wasn't that tender, but good enough for mashed potatoes & gravy tonight...
Thanks to the other "first brisket" posters here lately for ideas and insight!
