Ya know spring is right around the corner when you see the Kabanosy blooming

    I tried my new stuffer with these sheep casings. These were pretty large and I'm skeptical on how smaller sizes will fit on the plastic tube. I'm happy with the stuffer so far.





    I'll put these in the basement fridge and try to forget about them for a while.

    Thanks again Case! I haven't ever run into them around here before in Wausau is mostly German and Polish.
    It is all I use for snack sticks or hot dogs. I like natural casings for everything except summer sausage or lunch meat.
