Well after a few months of lurking, taking ideas, and reading just about every thread that I could find I decided to register and fully take advantage of this wonderful site. I feel like I have already learned so much, but I know there is plenty more where that came from.

Little background, I live in Phoenix AZ with my wife, I have been smoking for just about 6 months now and I am completely obsessed with it. I work in the cigar industry, so I would say that both of my hobbies are smoking :). I just got a brinkman smoke pit last week and I am currently working on some mods, but really liking the smoker so far. Oh and lastly, doing a cook for about a hundred people this weekend, so I am hoping to get some "Q" views up of some of the madness.

Thanks, I am a little nervous about it, but they are all good friends so I think they'll say its good either way lol!

So far my plan is to do about 60# of PP on Friday, then Saturday, the day of the party smoker chicken quarters, wings, ABT's, Dutch's BB's and beer brats. My wife's family and some friends are all going to bring side dishes and deserts so there should be plenty off food!
