    Well i think i like the chicken better than the pork mmm its good!! I man its got the perfect spicy kick!! chipoltles are pretty good i have never tried them, excellent different sausage i recommend everyone try, just debone and pull the skin off the chicken yourself, it will save alot of $. Thanks again Wutang!!
    ohh i couldn't find the southwest seasoning so i am sure its gonna taste different, maybe that's why mine are spicy?

    ok the chicken aren't better than the beer ones its a draw, but they go together perfect.

    Sorry I missed this when it was new. Those look great. Obviously you were following another thread I didn't see with the directions. How 'bout some details on what all is in these little casings of goodness.

    They look and sound great, even though I'm not a fan of chicken sausage
