I have a 22" WSM on the way!! Should be here tomorrow. I originally ordered and received an MES 40 but it didn't work when I assembled it...sent it back and had a change of heart and decided to stick with charcoal. When I put it together, should I season it or just hit the ground running with some lump charcoal and chicken halves (some hickory too)? I'm going to follow the Low and Slow book by Gary...
