I smoked some St. Louis style pork ribs , made a dry rub and bar b q sauce 5.5 hrs they were excellent! Moist , tender , falling off the bone ! My friend liked them so much he took half of them home ' even my wife said they were killer ! Thanks for the help from this web site and forum ! Can't figure how to get the pics off my phone ! Will have to post later from the big computer!

good deal... that's what we like to hear... maybe a lil bit more info about the cook (ie. wrap, nekid, temps, wood and so on)....
 
Sorry I smoked them between 225 and 240 I used about 3 chunks of hickory ! A rub of paprika and dark sugar with peper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder ! The sauce was a conglomeration of mixes I made up ! But man they rocked!!

That's what I use for ribs most of the time also: SPOG w/ paprika and brown sugar... I've also done char siu ribs and Hawaiian style ribs!
