I have that one in my snp. I did cut a 3/4 inch piece and fold it out to put a screw through to the lid, for fastening it in the stack. It will fir better if you have a pair of shrinking pliers, found near the down spouts and gutters. The adjustable elbow is great.

Hi I tried to use plain old pliers for the elbow job..What a PIA the part that goes into stack came off.NOw the elbow is sitting on the stack flange attached with Hi Temp Silicone..Got to check after it cures and see if the elbow will stay ttached to the flange, if not out comes the JB Weld.
I'm loving my SnP. A whole better then my vertical electric one.
Thanks Dan

Hi All So far the Hi Temp Silicone is holding, still has a few more hours for the full cure. Then onto the smoke stack.
Al ready for the Labor day smoke. Going to try brisket again, this time I will inject with beef broth, garlic n onion powder.
I'm hoping thuis will cure my dry brisket from the past attempts.
