Ran both yesterday; snacks and breakfast items. Sweet and spicy nuts. Bbq boys hot and smokey nuts. Scrappel w/ brown sugar and rub. Plain fatty w/pasilla and new mexican chile rub. 80% sugar maple, 20% hickory. Nice tbs thru out cook. Prepped up some peppered bacon for oyster Rockefeller and clams casino's for the eve.
