Hello smoking family I have a question..I work at George Dickel Distillery. We use aged hard sugar maple to make our charcoal. How would this be to chip or do small chunks for smoking ? Thanks :grilling_smilie:

Can't sell anything don't wanna jeopardise the J.O.B. lol gonna use scraps laying around. Gonna use it in my new Master Built XL.
