Lasagna sounded good but I wanted to do something a little different so I steamed artichoke and spinach to use in the middle layer of a 5 layer lasagna.  Cheeses I used mozzarella, parmasan and large curd cottage cheese.   Fist half of the cook I used foil so it would finish cooking the noodles and 2nd half let it absorb some nice wood smoke!

    Enjoy!

    Now the prep and cook

Looks tasty! I bought a lasagna pan that had three single noodle sized slots haven't used it yet but thought it was a cool idea to have the option of different types in one package.

Very cool pan, I just checked it out....then I'd just need to figure out the different kinds to make!
