Hi guys, I just received the woodchip replacement/upgrade kit from masterbuilt. I've used the smoker about 1/2 dozen times already so now, I'm having a heck of a time removing the upperscrews.

Is there a special type of screw driver that you guys used in order to remove the screws? If not, what type of solvent will you recommend to loosen up the screws.

Thanks!

Heat up the smoker... that should soften the creosote enough to loosen the screws.... It sets up like glue when cold...  Dave
