Hey fellow smokers..I was going to smoke some ribs yesterday and something came up and had to put them on hold until today.i rubed them done friday night so I was wondering I have never done this before but after two days sitting in the fridge all spiced up they should be fine right
 
Yeah I didnt think about that.well getting the smoker up to temp we will see thanks for the help guys.
 
I had this happen once before as well and I rinsed it off, I had quite a bit of brown sugar that had liquified on top and while I thought it would carmelize well it was going to be too dominant.  With that being said, never leave a good piece of meat behind!
