    i just put them with a rub and let 'em fly.

  3. I been thinkin' about doing wings too...what temp did you cook at, and how long before they were up to temp?

    btw...those look awesome!

    never lasted long enough to put sauce on them......hell, they barely made it inside.

    this was high temp smoke along with ABT's........around 300 deg plus.
