I had some left over wings in the freezer from a party and decided why not grill/smoke them!

Decided to put a local restaurant sauce on them as a “marinade” (Arizona Ranch if you are curious), and then a sprinkle of seasonings (season salt, cayenne, granulated garlic, and paprika for color).

Put them on the Kamado with a range of  275*-300* and figured a couple hrs… not sure if the family likes my answer of diner will be done when it’s done, but they can grab a handful of chips if they cant wait!

These are going to be great! It will take me 3 days to get there. Will you save me some?

Looks great.

How bout more info on the casserole?
1 pkg Hanover gold line frozen broccoli florets, 1 can condensed broccoli cheese soup, 1 soup can full of 2% milk, 1/2 pint of sour cream, 1 med onion and 2 cloves garlic caramelized in 2 tsp butter, dash of salt and pepper, 4oz shredded cheddar, 1 cup white rice... mix together, sprinkle another 2oz shredded cheddar and in the a 350* oven for about 45min, then the broiler on for about another 15 min... usually use a little creamed cheese also, but decided to leave it out tonight, not that it made it much healthier, but gives it a little different flavor and consistency!
