I was going to smoke a small brisket yesterday, but with the rain coming and going I decided against it.  I'll leave that for today.  I ended up smoking some chicken wings and turkey legs.  The wings I just put a little cayenne and seasoned salt.  The turkey legs just got some fresh cracked pepper and sea salt.  The turkey cooked really quick because I put it on the bottom, so after it was already 180 I moved it to the top and it darkened up a little and got more crispy.  I smoked them at 275ish for about 3 hours or so.  The turkey was pretty moist, but the wings could have came out a little sooner.  The turkey didn't take up as much smoke as the wings, but all in all they were good.

The bottom pic I just thought was funny and I'd share.  I was fishing with some gulp shrimp yesterday and thought I had a bite, turns out it was a little pinfish I foul hooked.
