wings and football

    heres our wings

    made two different batches

    first was smoked for and hour then i deep fried wm to get a crust

    second was all smoke and covered with cattlemans gold

    i guess they were good the dog looks happy

    these were out of the smoker and ready to go to the fryer

    there they are out of the fryer

    these were my favorite  smoked for two hours and sauced with cattlemans

    how bout a closeup,  ok

    i guess they were good, all i seeis bones and a happy dog

    I love cattlemans gold. I am eating in on a burrito right now.

    i never heard of Cattlemans.  i'll be on the lookout for it now.
     
  6. What is the difference in the gold? Ive only had regular cattlemans

    Rick as usual a great looking feast - When Kathy and I do the cross country in the motorhome you are one of our stops for sure - look for us in a coulpe of years

    Have you ever tried the BoneSuckin Sauce?

    stop on in   i always got room for some extra

    i'll have my son take mrs scar on a jet ski ride to the ocean and jump some waves

    im sure you could teach me a lot of info while your here

    The Gold is just a different flavor of their sauce. Its kind of sweet and has a kind of slight mustard style. One of the local wing joints uses it around here and I loved them and I finally found out it was just Cattlemans Gold sauce. I can't get it around here but you can order it on line.

    rbranstner, I prefer the Cattlemans Gold sauce but i haven't thought about putting it on wings till now. I guess I know what I will be doing this weekend.

  15. I buy my cattlemans gold from a buddy that works at a restaurant wholesale house. gotta buy 2 gallons at a time though
