Looking to cook a small batch of wings and ABT's on my UDS tomorrow. My smoker is really happy in the 225-250* range, so that's probably where I'll set the temperature.

My question is: How long (roughly) should they both be on? I'm guessing:

     - Wings for ~2 hours on the smoker (flipping at the 1 hour mark) and then crisp them in the broiler for ~10 minutes (flipping them at the 5 minute mark)?

     - ABT's for ~3 hours

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks!

I like to do my wings at 300 for 1.5-2 hours

Abt's I like to do at 225-250 for about 2 hours
