So after I got done smoking 2 beef chucks today still had plenty of fuel on the WSM so I threw 4 lbs of wings n drummies on Scarbelly style. They turned out great. Even the young ones loved them. Found my new go to thanks to this site.

I was thinking of smoking chicken wings with baby back ribs. Would the 3-2-1 method work for the chicken wings?

Poultry don't take very long so I don't think the 3-2-1 would apply. There's always room to experiment tho

I typically run my back ribs with the 2-2-1 method andwill put my wings on the smoker at the 3 hour point of the ribs. Also great if you can toss them on a hot flame to crisp them up.
