Hi,

My name is Cim and I received a smoker for my birthday from MSFHW. In case you missed the reference I am from Canada and am pretty irreverent. Since I am not really interested in giving da Family Sam'N Ella I had MSFHW search for info on how to get the temp up on my bullet smoker and she found this site. I think I have a few ideas on how to get the temp up so I don't have to finish up the meal on a gas BBQ. Drill some holes in fire pan and make sure it is the larger one, although I think the two pans are the same size so water pan will also get some air flow holes drilled.

Cheers and happy smoking.
I will now return to lurking.
