I have a Brinkmann Trailmaster Ltd Edition vertical offset. I primarily use wood for fuel and a Maverick to monitor pit and food temps.
Although i somewhat enjoy the tweaking the smoker for 8-10 hours I'd rather have more consistent temps and looking for a temperature controller. Primarily the pit temp.
Will the Party Q supply sufficient air (6.5 cfm) to the firebox?
Party Q appears to be a somewhat inexpensive solution if airflow is adequate.
If Party Q not adequate any other solutions that are not Pitmaster would be appreciated (due to reviews I've read on Pitmaster return policy).
