I live in beautiful Verdi, NV. We are 10 miles west of Reno, nv. Located next to the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains. Our home is 500 ft. From the Truckee river that flies from the world's most beautiful lake Lake Tahoe and terminates at Pyramid lake which has is home to the world's largest cutthroat trout. I gave been smokin' for about 17 years. First smoker was ecb vertical now smoking on a cos brinkman. Married , 3rd time.. hey its nevada! .. 23 years now. Got a keeper. Total we have 3 grown kids and 5 grandkids ... the joys of our life. Smoked wings, salt, and burgers today. The 2 granddaughters came over and demolished poppa's wings. They did rake the leaves... for $10!! Little entrapenuers!!! Anyway love this site and the sharing people. I have learned so much about smoking. I am a comercial roofing estimator/project manager . 64 years young. My wife and I enjoy fly fishing, camping, in our tralier, with the grand kids, traveling, cooking, looking forward to retirement.
