I am originally from Wisconsin and moved to the Texas hill country in 2011. I am currently running a Kamado Joe Big Joe (KJBJ) with an IQ 110 temperature controller and a Maverick ET 733 digital thermometer. I use my KJBJ for brisket, boston butt, ribs, as well as grilling a variety of meats, vegetables, and seafood.
