Wife and I are now a legal 21 !

Well, yesterday the wife and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary (yes, it is to each other - lol.) I asked her where she might like to go for dinner and she said, "in our back yard to the smoker." I am now marinating two pork butts and at 6 a.m. start tomorrow both go into the H2O Electric Smoker, hickory chips and all. One is simply coated with a light amount of salt and pepper, and the other is dry-rubbed with a salty/pepper/thyme/sweet Spanish paprika mix. She is definitely a woman who is constantly after my heart! I'll report back on how they turned out.

Congrats on the 21. My wife would rather have my ribs also or anything outta of the smoker then go out. We crossed the creek tonight and went to the casino in Sarnia, Ontario and had there Picnic Basket for 2 and I let her have the ribs if I could have the sausage. She agreed and next time she says we will debate it. Since she had good ribs it hard for her to eat out.
