Smoking here but not much. some mooink balls and abt's today and I got tomorrow off so I'm doing 2 8 pound butt's and some smoked chicken cordon bleu.
 
Smoked some chops w/ corn on the cob earlier today.  Currently 2:20min into a rib smoke.  Rubbed last night with some home grown herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar.  this was supposed to be for tomorrow but I don't think it's gonna make it that long!

Put some Pork Spare Ribs on the smoker about 2 hours ago with a bonus chicken.

Been pouring rain as a storm came in but holding temps allright, just had to add more wood and coal.

Will post some pics when I'm closer and figure out how to.
