I'm smoking a pork butt for dinner. Will post pics when done.
Just woke up from taking a bit of a nap, filled the water tray and she is looking good. Getting that nice red hue.
Sounding good so far! Waiting on some Q-veiw.
Well I just checked it and we're at 180. Just letting it do its thing. Had a bit of a issue with some wood burning but just replaced that foil package with a new one and we're back to TBS.
Its a good day to be smoking :grilling_smilie:

Well I added a few things to the menu smoked beans(experiment wont post ingredients until satisfied)and, potato bombs(in the oven). Either my butt is stalling at 190 or my thermo is broke. Either way still going strong just put another pouch of wood in preparing for the beans.
Here is the pork in the crock pot almost ready for serving. Beans are in the smoker as I speak.
It looks like it turned out good for you. How did the beans turn out?
Beans were pretty good I just added un-measured amounts of onion powder, ground mustard, bacon, pulled pork, and ketchup to a 55 oz can of bushes original. And into the smoker for about an hour at 250.
