Whole pork loin

    Is there a particular reason to cut a 10 lb boneless pork loin in half (or three pieces) before putting it in the smoker (MES)?

    Easier to handle? Fits better? Get more rub on the meat?

    You can do it whole if it fits..

    You can have more then one flavor as well,very handy if your eating it all week!
