[/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]G]http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/content/type/61/id/327789/width/200/height/400[/IMG] This is my 2nd Hog We had two problems couldn't get bearings off spit so we cut off head . also cooker to narrow so we cut legs back.We keep heat as close to 250 as we could.High got to 275 low got 190.It took 11 hrs.Hog was 144 pounds . Roaster was borrowed will be building bigger one for next year.Thnx to everyone on SMF for the tips on smoking and my upcoming build. PS Hog turned out perfect moist throughout whole thing.
