whole hog

  1. 1st pic is applying rub 2nd pic is after 2.5 hours 3rd pic is finish product I already cut off one ham and tenderloin before I took the pic

  2. Fresh pork skins way better than store bought, saved some for cracklin corn bread to go with  tonight's dinner.

    That's a great looking porker there , buddy. I went to a pig roast last year and it was some great eating... And a really cool day of cooking.

  11. Nice looking pig Hambone , I have never cooked one like that on a spit. I guess the finally product is the same except my way I have more bark . either way its a great da[​IMG]
