Byron's butt rub
Nice color! Bent it was tasty!!
Twins !!! they look great good job
They were hoping to do a couple of butts and some ribs next weekend
Good looking birds , I'm gonna sit and wait for the Ribs or Butt (whichever you do) ...
Ok I think I will try to cook both
When I do Whole chicken I have a couple of these I use
Brining a bird now for tomorrow while we get another 12 inches of the wintry loveliness.
So, what temp and how long? Those look great. I plan to spatchcock this li'l lady first.
I try to keep the temp around 230 and I check the internal temp after 4 hrs. This time they took about 5 1/2 hrs to get done.
Good advice above. I smoke at 225 º then throw it on a how grill for a few to crisp up the skin. Or you can smoke at a higher temp 300 - 325 cook faster and have crispy skin too
great looking twins there.
