I have an electric smoker. I'm planning on smoking two full beef briskets for a party. I'm wondering if there's anything different I need to do when smoking the two. Does it add much to the cooking time? Is there anything different I need to do?
Two will cook the same as just one the only difference would be when you first put them in the smoker it may take a little longer to get up to temp. But only maybe a half hour.
Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a on and off rainy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
As long as you maintain a constant temp, it doesn't matter how many you cook Now in saying that you can overload any smoker You need room around each brisket for heat & smoke
