Which is the best section to ask newbie questions?

Hello...as I stated in my roll call introduction, Im EXTREMELY new at this. I have a multitude of questions. I just bought my first smoker and Im chomping at the bit to get started. I just want to make sure im doing things correctly. Which section of the forums would be best to ask questions on getting started? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

That would depend on what the question refers to. If you are asking about a certain type of meat, beef, pork, poultry, then post in the appropriate forum. If you have a question about using your smoker then put it in the appropriate smoker forum, charcoal, propane, electric. And so on,.....

Thanks Dave....I tried earlier to post my questions in the charcoal smoker section....received an error message.  Gonna try again soon
