I own an IT company that does a little corporate network/tech support and a lot of web development (more tools and "software" than websites).
As much as I love good old fashioned Q there have been almost half a dozen bbq joints open and close here. Only one has succeeded over the long haul. I believe this is because we're over here on the west coast in a small town (compared to the sf bay area), far from any bbq mecca. I think bbq with a twist would work here. Making bbq more interesting for the western palette by making bbq a component of food rather than it being the food. Just a thought. Something I hope to look into further, although unlikely to be next year.
Oh, and my main computer is a Mac. I'm not a zealot, however. I have managed many a Windows network (800 users was my largest) and hold engineering and teaching certifications from Microsoft (MCSE and MCT for anyone in the know).
