You might think so. Never got to go fishing the whole freakin' time! 24/7 job during the season, walking the docks at 3am in 35 mph winds and torrential rain, filling and stacking sandbags across the launch ramp! Oh d@mn I miss it so much some days.

Man, you stole mine, Aardvark!

I own an IT company that does a little corporate network/tech support and a lot of web development (more tools and "software" than websites).

As much as I love good old fashioned Q there have been almost half a dozen bbq joints open and close here. Only one has succeeded over the long haul. I believe this is because we're over here on the west coast in a small town (compared to the sf bay area), far from any bbq mecca. I think bbq with a twist would work here. Making bbq more interesting for the western palette by making bbq a component of food rather than it being the food. Just a thought. Something I hope to look into further, although unlikely to be next year.

Oh, and my main computer is a Mac. I'm not a zealot, however. I have managed many a Windows network (800 users was my largest) and hold engineering and teaching certifications from Microsoft (MCSE and MCT for anyone in the know).

I was for years a truck driver, welder, shortorder cook and (with the help of a local Chef Assn.) took classes and became a Chef. I worked at several of the better restaurants in Toledo and area and finally at the French Quarter in Perrysburg,Ohio. Since my Lung problems started and I was (condemed) as disabled I have been a House Boy for my wife(the nurse).
