Hey everyone. Long time SMF reader and finally joined. Love all the ideas and knowledge yall share willingly. Kids bought me a Bradley Original Smoker for an early Father's Day gift and so far I've knocked out two fabulous chickens and my first pork butt is in there now. Hour 5 of what I'm sure will be a 16 hour smoke (9 pounder)

Look forward to many more years of learning as well as finally being able to contribute now that I've joined.

Cheers and happy smoking!

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a hot, then raining and now hot again day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

This is cool..... Welcome SD Joe from SC Joe. How about that? Or is it just my warped sense of humor??? Anyway, those chickens look great and you're at the right place for information. All you need to do is ask and lots of folks will share ideas, tips, or anything that you need. Good luck and keep smokin' Joe.
