So what's new on the Grill? Many uses of this Forum, are familiar with the "Low & Slow" favorites like Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Fatties, Wings etc, But what will be the new generation of Grill Favorites?

for example, things like these,

Or this thread I posted,

Thinking of renaming the above to Monkey Ballz!

So what are you working on? :439:

Hi David that's sounds great, I have a Pork Butt on now, 8 hours in, still a long way to go yet.

I spotted the mistake on my post, thinking of renaming the Shroomballz to Monkey Ballz :laugh1:

Made some turkey bacon from scratch just to see if I could. The frankenchicken referenced above tasted a lot better.

Hi Mdboatbum, the wife has been going on about Turkey Bacon, as its "good for you" :wife:

Was the end result not what you expected?

No, the end result was pretty much just what I was expecting: turkey bacon. [emoji]128563[/emoji]
By its nature it's an abomination but I just wanted to see if I could make it.

I'm wondering, what about a sort of Thanksgiving-themed fattie? Or a meat loaf-style something with breadcrumbs mixed in, and maybe some kind of dried-fruit/cornbread stuffing?

If you notice, in each Forum (Pork, Beef, Poultry, Lamb, etc.) there is a Grill section specifically for that type of meat that is Grilled, vs. Smoked.  Combination of Grilled and Smoked and various meats, post in the General Discussion section.
