Hey everyone I'm Albert. Born and raised in SoCal. I'm new to smoking/grilling and would like all the help and info I can get. Unfortunately there's no one in my family that does BBQ the correct way so I have no one to pass their knowledge on to me. I'm excited to learn the ropes of this art of smoking. I'm currently learning to smoke on a Weber Kettle and I'm looking to buy a smokey mountain. So far I've made ribs and a hickory smoked chicken. They were decent but nowhere near where I'd like them to be. I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys and having some good meats this summer!
