What's for Sunday dinner?

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by da toad, Oct 18, 2015.

  1. St. Louis style smoked spare ribs, with apple juice moisture tray and an occasional spritz with apple juice. Smoke from a 50-50 mix of apple and cherry wood. That's what's for dinner around 4:30.

  7. Came out OK....would have liked just a little more sweetness in the bark.  Meat  consistency was great.  Used the 3-2-1 method.  Maybe should have mopped a little more with the honey than I did.
