What Up

  1. My Name is Felix I am from NW Indiana (porter County).

    I am a newbie smoker but have been eating my whole life! (And gotten pretty good at it)

    Been playin around with my Masterbuilt electric smoker for a few years, maybe 2 or 3 smokes a year, Mostly the Salmon and Steel head I catch during the runs.

    Lately I have been trying more and more stuff and had great results with most of my attempts.....

    Looking forward to learning and hopefully contributing soon.  Actually starting to look at some stick burners, think I would enjoy the process more.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
