What do you want to use for fuel? How many people will you be cooking for? What

temps do you want to be able to achieve? Will you want to cold smoke? Do you want

set it and forget it or hands on? Spend sometime reading the reviews.

It depends on what way you want to go, again  do you want a Gas type, Electric Type, or wood and charcoal type ?  Size, how many people will you smoking for, Lots of thing to consider,  Do some research  on all of these and see which best fits your needs

As far as size big enough for 8ish people. I wanTed wood or pellet or charcoal or maybe electric. Afraid of gas because don't want propane taste.so still in same boat. Been looking at a lot. Lol
