Having my daughter's first birthday party. I'm expecting 50 people but I'm not sure what I should cook. What is the best bbq to put out to please a crowd.

Pulled Pork is probably the most popular and maybe the easiest

I agree, pulled pork is simple, forgiving, delicious, and it reheats well. Also, smoking roast beef , turkey breasts, pastrami, etc and making a smoked cold cut platter would show off your skills while at the same time giving you something you can make ahead of time and serve cold. If beef is your thing, smoking a chuckie for pulled beef is great too and can be reheated easily with some beef broth. Serve them with some cheese and horseradish and you have another easy make ahead meal.
