Hello everyone I need help I merinated some Babyback ribs (6) a large Ham (Precooked) and a (9#) Ham before Christmas and my guest were not able to come over so I did not smoke any before Christmas and this meat has been marinating in my fridg all this time . What should I do , freeze it now or after I smoke it. Thanks Hawgeye

Same here.... missed this one. I would smoke the ribs and ham and freeze them. I would go ahead and slice the precooked ham up and eat it or freeze it after I sliced it. Hope this helps.

like I said in chat the yesterday I would smoke it all and then freeze it =. It's better to be safe then sorry. So smoke away.
