Maybe not in high horses but it seems people are jumping all over him for a method he's used that's worked and now wants to up his game.

Correct me if I am wrong....but this is a SMOKING site correct? While I am far from the experts that some folks think they are I don't recall seeing boiling ribs as part of the smoking process.

Seriously hope that "supprt the site" comment was not aimed at me....in case the author of it hasn't noticed I am a premier member....which if I remember right means I paid a fee for that badge...can't help but notice that the author of the "support the site" comment isn't a premier member...

And for what it is worth my comment was meant in humor...which apparently some folks lack...

This site have an ignore/block feature? There are several folks on here that, well, I could go the rest of my life without having them be part of any conversation I am involved in...

And for what it is worth...I am a big believer in experts never are...

Guys someone asked what type of flavor we like.  I posted the recipe my wife makes, that we enjoy!  The taste of that sauce is great.  Thats the sauce flavor we like (brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce etc).  It had nothing to do with boiling haha.

But yes, I will work towards discovering Mummel Magic Dust.  I like that.  To get going though, I will probably just get some store bought stuff.  Thanks guys.  And thanks to Gary!
