what meat to grind?

just stared making slim jims and the 1st time i used GB from  the store , i have noticed alot of you guys grid your own..... if i were to grind  my own what choice  roast would i want to get that would give me the proper meat/fat ratio?
 
Chuck is the best , but around here 80/20 ground beef is cheaper and tastes fine

I personally like a sirloin tip roast.
 
I have used the cheap grocery store 80/20 GB for sticks and I have used high dollar local grown GB from a butcher shop, and I could not notice a difference, altho sometimes it's not the flavor, or texture people worry about, so as long as you arent trying to eat all organic beef, stick with the cheap stuff
