So far I've only used High Mountain because it's readily available down the road from me, but I'm interested in what everyone else is using.  I'm looking for a good teriyaki seasoning too so any tips or suggestions would be awesome!

High Mountain used on sliced whole muscle jerkey and smoked (not dehydrated or in the oven) is the best I have been able to find. Great flavor and reasonably priced (you can buy in bulk from High Mountain direct).

MARINADE FOR BEEF, FISH OR TURKEY JERKY
3cups soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup liquid smoke
Mix together, let stand for 5 minutes. Add 1-2 pounds of meat and let marinate
for 3 hours or overnight in an airtight container. Drain, place on trays to dry  Do Not Overlap

For heat, add Crushed Chili Peppers or Cayenne Pepper or any other hot sauce/spice you want.  Also, if using a smoker, do not put the Liquid Smoke in the Marinade

I made 10 lbs of Jerky for my Neighbour, a couple months ago. I made 3 separate recipes.  He split it all up and sold it to coworkers.  Feed back, this one won, every one said make it again.  Deal here is he buys supplies, I make it, he sells it.  I get 30% of that sale.
