what cuts is in it??

    in local ad---

    there is showing [in 10 lb frozen box]
    a choice of---
    pork riblets---
    or--
    rib strips..........

    what is rib strips????

    My guess is that it is the trimmings from cutting spares down st. louis style or something along those lines.

    those parts from the st louis cut --are usually called rib tips--i think

    I would have to agreed with theses guys and say that they were the cut offs of a regular spares. Well did you notice if the spares they also had were trimmed to St. Lous cut???
