  6. The chubs looked like pepperoni, but the rounds threw me, now I'm not so sure.

    Just plain old GB jerky mix stuffed in a casing, sliced into rounds and dehydrated.

    Morning Nepas.......how long did those rest in the casing before you sliced them? Those look really good.

    I put the chubs in the freezer for 3 hours to firm up, keep casings on and slice with sharp knife
