Ok boys and girls, here comes the preview of tomorrows smoke!

Baby Back Ribs... 2-2-1 tomorrow...

SBT's (A twist to the now famous ABT's) and a quick story... My brother David came up to visit about 15 years ago from Kentucky and he introduced me to banana peppers, sliced in half and seeds removed. Add some cream cheese and on the grill for about 30 minutes on low to cook up. Wow, were those good! This banana pepper came from my garden today and is going to get the royal treatment. It is about 7 inches long and ready to go! Cream cheese, maybe some store bought mixed mexican style cheese, a dusting of some leftover rib rub and then a nice bacon wrap. It may need 2 pieces of bacon and 2 or 3 skewers to do the job, but i am anticipating these will be pretty darn good. Since i have to open a pound of bacon anyway, I will throw some ABT's on as well.

I'm starting to drool already!

Looks like maybe  (SaBT's).
