I am in bad need of a good thermometer this past weekend I went to walmart and pick up a digital thermometer for 16 bucks. And it worked good. I also bought a new thermometer for my Smoke n Pit smoker and installed it. But I do not think the temp is on the money..So I have came across a Mavrick ET-7 Wireless thermometer with two probes. I was thinking I could use one for my meat. and keep the other probe on the cooking rack to montior the temp like that. and then I could see how far off my other thermometer is off by. My ? for you guys is will that work? And will that be a good thermometer? And please let me know or tell me if you all have any more suggestions..Thanks
