Just 'found' this site yesterday and am in awe. I have been smoking for about 20 years and started quing about five or six years a go. I have a homemade box smoker, a smokey mountain, a 27in. weber, and a weber genisis silver. I found this site on a link from michigan-sportsman.com looking at fatties! I am just starting to get my chit together to build a trailer smoker/cooker and found the best info of anywhere on the net so far. Keep up the excellent work and this won't be the last you have heard from me. Thanks for havin me, Kevin.
